This was 10 out of 10 they knocked it out of the ballpark. It was an amazing gift so personalized so perfect. I love it.
Bought this to include in my fiancé’s groomsmen boxes and I’m surprised how well they came out. Decreased star is because my estimated time of delivery was changed and even after that, the shipping was delayed further than the estimated delivery date by at least 4 days despite me messaging the store owner and confirming that they would arrive on time for me to hand out at a gathering but the items didn’t even ship until the last day of estimated delivery. If production is delayed just say that don’t confirm that it will be delivered on time only to turn around and ship it on the last day of estimated delivery.
Unfortunately, my experience did not parallel other reviews. Etsy made it right.

I got this for my boyfriend for his 21st Birthday and he loved it!! Within minutes of him getting it he was sending it out to all of his friends and family. I think this is the perfect sentimental gift. And having the option to engrave a message in the cover is a great personal gift. Love it!!!
The item I purchased is great, well crafted. Shipping did not meet the date they stated but still relatively quick. I emailed to see a draft before the product was made and got a response that it would be sent but I never received one. Just later got the shipping notice. So some room for improvement on customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Customer service does not exist for this woman. The book was broken when I received it. I immediately notified the seller and was told that a replacement would be sent. Roughly one month later I had not received the replacement. I again contacted the seller. She stated that it had been sent ‘almost a month ago’ and said that she would send it again. Another month of messages and no replacement. I opened a case with Etsy support which got me a refund. Too little too late.

This is a beautiful book, but, it is very fragile. I broke a piece off of the spine before I got it home. Love it but do be very careful with it if you purchase.
